Overview
Challenges
In the process of developing the Static Web App service, we encountered a significant issue: many users were not taking advantage of related Azure services after completing the initial setup. Instead, they opted for third-party solutions.
Business Goals
How can we encourage more users to opt for related Azure services?
How can we enhance customer acquisition specifically for Static Web Apps?
Design Goals
How can we enhance the Static Web App creation experience while effectively informing users about our available services?
How can we streamline the creation and onboarding process to improve efficiency for our users?

Process
Kickoff
In this phase, I started by getting a clear understanding of the current business initiatives, which were to increase paid features/services usage through Static Web Apps. We had a kickoff meeting to discuss business goals, current user data, and brainstorm high-level solutions.
Hypothesis
"Introducing paid services early in the Static Web App service creation process and offering a streamlined method for users to incorporate these services will increase the likelihood of users opting for paid services."
